Lime in the Gose-Nut is our mixed-fermentation gose that packs a sour punch along with notes of lime, vanilla, and cinnamon. Made using our house blend of yeast and brewed with smoked sea salt and lime peel, we let this batch age even longer on vanilla beans, cinnamon, and oak to produce a pie-like depth of flavor that’s not to be missed.
